NEOHBA elects new officers

The Northeast Oregon Home Builders Association recently held elections for 2013. The officers are President Brad Rozema of Concrete Specialty Ties, Vice President Joseph Seale of Summit Construction and Tammi Smith is the executive officer.

The board of directors includes Tim Ottmar (Shelco Electric), Brandon Findley (Findley Brothers Construction), Brent Pitney (Knerr Construction), Hector Cenceros (C&C Construction), Don Holwegner (Pro-Build), Martie McQuain (Hermiston Plan Center), and a shared director position from La Grande filled by Scot Leonard (All Phase Electrical Contracting), Jason Randall (Millers Home Center & Lumber/Millers Lumber & Truss) and Luke Neumann (Neumann Plumbing). In addition, past-president Larry Ables (BD Ables Inc-Buildmaster) is ex-official member of the board.

The association provides a diverse network of members committed to building quality homes and commercial structures in Umatilla, Morrow and Union counties. The membership strives to ensure communities are built with the highest of professional standards and sound business practice.
