A caller at 3:59 p.m. told Pendleton police someone stole her federal assistance food vouchers about a week ago from her vehicle in front of her house in the 800 block of Southeast First Street, Pendleton.

Pendleton police at 6:14 p.m. found someone broke into four storage units at 1365 Tutuilla Road, Pendleton.
A man at 10:20 p.m. told Hermiston police someone stole a $3,000 generator from his vehicle while he was at Motel 6, 655 N. First St., Hermiston.
THURSDAY
An apartment manager at 12:52 a.m. told Pendleton police that a mother left three juveniles alone in a residence in the 200 block of Southwest 28th Drive, Pendleton. Police identified the mother and contacted state social workers to conduct a follow-up.
A caller at 3 p.m. told Hermiston dispatchers a van caught fire at East Diagonal and Baxter Roads, Hermiston.
Hermiston police at about 4:15 p.m. found graffiti at El Pueblo Bakery, 125 S.W. Fourth St., and on a fence on West Locust Avenue.

A caller at 11:01 p.m. told Hermiston police a male was acting strange and yelled, screamed and kicked at cars in the parking lot of Jack In The Box, 1305 N. First St., Hermiston.
ARRESTS, CITATIONS
Wednesday
Hermiston police arrested Alejandro Torres, 45, no fixed address, for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, driving under the influence of intoxicants, five counts of hit and run (property) and a warrant for failure to appear.
Pendleton police cited two females for minor in possession of alcohol after responding to a caller at 11:07 p.m. about an underage drinking party at 200 S.W. Seventh St. Police noted the renter at the residence would not come outside and speak with officers.
