Since this is the opinion page, Ill give you my opinion, which is there is only one clear choice for Umatilla County Circuit Court Judge, and that is Jon Lieuallen.

Jon Lieuallen has it all: character, dedication, intellect, desire, determination, foresight, experience, honesty and common sense.

Community service is a natural part of Jons life. He desires to give back to those who helped guide him through his early years in youth sports, as well as to pay forward by inspiring todays youth to give back as well.

Jon and his wife Lynn are now raising their four children in Umatilla County. He understands Eastern Oregon. He is one of our own.

It is time the citizens of Umatilla County elected our own Circuit Court Judge and not settle for an appointee by Salem. Please join me in voting for Jon Lieuallen as Circuit Court Judge he is the clear choice, in my opinion.
