Sean Brendon Mahoney, 24, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, was found guilty of Possession of Controlled Substance (PCS)-less than 1 oz. marijuana; sentenced to $650 fine and $60 unitary assessment.

Benyam Samuel Broeckel, 24, Umatilla (TRCI), pleaded no contest to Aggravated Harassment; sentenced to 15 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 2 years post-prison supervision, $1,000 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, $173 assessment fees and $550 attorney fees.

Dale Brian Swanson, 48, transient, was found guilty of Criminal Trespass II; sentenced to $210 fine-suspended and $60 unitary assessment; was found guilty of Offensive Littering; sentenced to $220 fine-suspended and $60 unitary assessment.
