Bull Run Powerhouse: History Looking For A Future

100 years ago, the Bull Run Powerhouse started producing electricity to light the growing city of Portland. The building has been closed to the public since the generators stopped spinning in 2009.
Next month, a group that wants to preserve the site, is holding an open house and asking for ideas. Kristian Foden-Vencil was given this sneak peek.
