Obituary: Christopher Lynn Wilson

Christopher Lynn Wilson was born December 7, 1970, in Hermiston, Oregon, to Garry LeRoy and Debra Lee (Reid) Wilson. He died on May 17, 2012, in Bellevue, Washington, at the age of 41 and joined his father in heaven.

He attended Interfaith Christian School, now known as Hermiston Christian School, where he graduated in 1989. He continued his education at Blue Mountain Community College and Oregon State University, receiving a degree in American studies and computer science.

He was a very determined person and ran cross country every year in school, even though he always came in last. He finished college even though he had to quit for a year for chemo treatment of Hodgkins. He loved his family and computers and would help anyone who asked for help with their computer. He was a computer geek before there were computer geeks.

He worked at Arctic Circle, Sykes, Microsoft, Walmart, the cafeteria at Simplot and IRZ before getting his dream job at 4Quarters in Yakima.

He married his beautiful honey ko, Annabelle Miguel, on April 26, 2008, and took her son Mark to be his son also.

He was preceded in death by his father, Garry Wilson, and grandparents Violet (Swayze) Davis, Elmer Wilson and Perry Reid. He is survived by his wife Annabelle (Miguel) Wilson and son Mark of Yakima, Wash., mother Debra (Reid) Wilson of Hermiston, Oregon, brothers Bryan Wilson and Jonathan Wilson of Hermiston, Oregon, sisters Angela Wilson and Sara Shoemake and nephew Alec Wilson of Hermiston, Oregon, grandmother Doris (Jones) Reid of Hermiston, Oregon, and many other relatives.

A celebration of life service will be held at ?Hermiston Christian Center on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at 10 a.m.
