Betty J. (French) Phillips, 60, of Sublimity, Ore., died Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2012, in Sublimity. She was born Nov. 20, 1951, in Pendleton, Ore. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Feb. 11 at 4 p.m. at Sublimity Mobile Park Hall in Sublimity. North Santiam Funeral Service in Stayton, Ore., is in charge of arrangements.
