HERMISTON The city of Hermiston is seeking volunteers to help raise and retire flags around town on Sunday, the tenth anniversary of the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.

Volunteers will meet behind Banner Bank at 101 E. Main St. at 7 a.m. to set out flags. They will take the flags down and meet again at Banner Bank at 5 p.m.
