Ophthalmologist Dr. Michael E. Deitz has joined Dr. Michael Warner at the Inland Eye and Cosmetic Surgery Institute.

The institute has offices in Pendleton and Hermiston. Among other treatments, Deitz offers care for macular degeneration and diabetic eye diseases. He also provides comprehensive and consultative eye care for diabetes, glaucoma, neuro-ophthalmology, cataracts and oculoplastic surgery.

Deitz, who has practiced at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, Wash., offers the latest in diagnostic imaging and treatment with Avastin, Lucentis and other evolving treatments.

He is a graduate of New Jersey College of Medicine in 1974 and has more than 27 years of ophthalmic experience.
