YUMA, Ariz. Umatilla County residents and all others from northwestern Oregon are invited to a party Thursday, Feb. 17 at 2300 Elks Lane (use the back room entrance) in Yuma, Ariz. A social hour will begin at 3:30 p.m. and dinner will be served at 5 p.m.

 Reservations are required and the cost is $15 per person. Checks may be made payable to Pat Fetsch, 12779 S. Joleane Ave., Yuma, AZ 85367 by Monday, Feb. 7.
