Annie wore an ivory lace gown with a cathedral veil, and carried a bouquet of mixed purple flowers with green orchids. She was attended by her sister, Cindy Cecil of Pilot Rock, as her matron of honor. Sister Debbie Carnes of Pendleton and sister-in-law Cammie Quaempts of Gilbert, Ariz., along with friends Fallon Bracher of Oceanside, Calif., and Megan Mahoni of Carlsbad, Calif., were bridesmaids. She was preceded down the aisle by friend Kendylan Curtis of Malibu, Calif., as flower girl.

Manny was attended by his friend Lee Spieglman of Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif., as best man. Gabe Flores of Aliso Viejo, brother of the groom, Keith Quaempts of Gilbert, Ariz., brother of the bride, cousin Alex Rizero of San Diego, Calif., and nephew D’Marcus Bowie of Pilot Rock were groomsmen. Kaden Quaempts, nephew of the bride, of Gilbert, Ariz., carried the rings.

A reception was held following the ceremony on the university grounds. Following a wedding trip to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, the couple is at home in Aliso Viejo.

Annie, a Pendleton High School graduate, is an online banking specialist for Security Business Bank in Carlsbad, Calif. She is the daughter of Lynn Sampson of Portland and the late Paul A.
