OBITUARIES: Dianna Lynn Davis

RICHLAND, Wash. – Dianna Lynn Davis, 50, of Umatilla died Monday, Sept. 29, 2008, at Kadlec Medical Center in Richland, Wash. A celebration of life service will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 19 at Surfwood Clubhouse in Salem. Disposition was by cremation.
Miss Davis was born May 18, 1958, in Los Angeles to Leonard and Arlene (Ford) Davis. She was raised in the Aumsville/Salem area and attended Cascade High School in Turner.
She was a caregiver, taking care of cancer patients in Salem and Jefferson. She lived in the Salem area for 38 years.
She enjoyed writing and making other people laugh.
Miss Davis is survived by sister Theresa Terry of Turner; sister-in-law Janey Gould of Umatilla; brother-in-law Sonny Hills of Tennessee; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Arlene Davis; brother Larry Davis; and sister Lynda Hills.
Memorial contributions may be to any Wells Fargo Bank in the name of Dianna Davis.
Burns Mortuary of Hermiston is in charge of arrangements.
