MiscellaneousThe manager at Albertsons, 1300 S.W. Court Ave., Pendleton, reported Friday evening a subject who had shoplifted from the store the previous day had returned to the store. Store employees were unwilling to approach the subject, as he had left behind a backpack containing weapons. Marcus Thomas Rhorer, 18, was cited and released for Theft III and trespassed from Albertson’s.

A resident in the 100 block of Southeast Ninth Street in Pendleton reported an intoxicated man in her bathroom in the early morning hours Saturday. The man, Michael Mattes, 21, 110 S.W. Court Ave., Apt. 202, had apparently become disoriented and entered the wrong house. He was arrested by Pendleton Police for Criminal Trespass II and lodged in the Umatilla County Jail.

A resident on West Ballou Road in Milton-Freewater reported to the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office Friday afternoon that someone had come into her home and put some kind of toxic substance on the concrete floor. The resident said the substance is poisoning her and eating through the floor.
