The Hermiston Police Department received three reports of criminal mischief Thursday, including tires being slashed on a vehicle in the 1300 block of North first Street, an American flag torn down and destroyed in the 300 block of Northwest 10th Street and oven cleaner on walls, cords cut off appliances, items stuffed in a toilet in the 600 block of Southwest Ninth Street.
