Disorderly conduct, two counts of criminal trespass II: John Edwin Nurmi, 48, 31 Georgia St., Rieth.

State police – Milton-Freewater

Two counts of violation of restraining order, three counts of theft III, mail theft, two counts of disorderly conduct, giving false name and date of birth to police: Jose Diaz-Madrigal, 22, of Walla Walla. After his arrest, Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office also charged Diaz-Madrigal with criminal trespasses and criminal mischief.
