Area schools search for youths with special needs

Schools in Umatilla and Morrow counties are attempting to locate all persons between the ages of birth through 21 years not enrolled in public school who may have special needs due to concerns with the following:

Hearing, vision, speech, language, health, learning, developmental delay, traumatic brain injury, emotional/behavioral problems, mental retardation, orthopedic problems, autism or other disabilities

People with such concerns regarding a child in their care should contact their local school district’s special education person listed below:
