The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Fermin Isaias Jeronimo Chales, 28, of Hermiston, pleaded no contest in a 2022 case to one count of felony fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence; sentenced to three years probation and a $100 fine.

Sentences

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Morrow County Circuit Court:

Adrian Lee Ahumada, 40, of Boardman, pleaded guilty on a 2023 case to unlawful possession of a destructive device; sentenced to $2,400 fine and two years probation, including no firearms.

Noe Honorio Melendez, 50, of Boardman, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to misdemeanors of recklessly endangering and fleeing; sentenced to three years probation, diversion for driving under the influence of intoxicants and $590 in fines.
