Music festival to benefit wounded veterans

PENDLETON — The inaugural Veterans Benefit and Music Festival will feature Steve Campbell, Jagged Edge and The Vaughn Jensen Experience.
On behalf of the Gary Sinise Foundation, money raised will be used to provide support to wounded veterans and their families. Presented by Steven K Music, the event is Saturday, Sept. 4, 1-7 p.m. at Heritage Station Museum, 108 S.W. Frazer Ave., Pendleton. Whether you like hard rock, country, folk or rhythm & blues, the event offers a variety of sounds.
An award-winning actor, Sinise has served as a national spokesman for numerous veteran organizations and causes. He developed the foundation in 2011 as a way to honor our country’s heroes. Sinise is committed to finding ways to give back to those who have made sacrifices on behalf of our nation and encourages others to do the same
