12:49 p.m. — A caller at Motel 6, 620 S.W. Tutuilla Creek Road, Pendleton, reported a male was the victim of an assault and screaming.

1:35 p.m. — Hermiston police responded to a reported assault on East Airport Road, Hermiston.

3:01 p.m. — A caller reported a domestic disturbance at Taco Bell, 2001 S.W. Court Place, Pendleton.

Thursday, Aug. 19

12:04 p.m. — The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a vehicle theft on Highway 730, Umatilla.

12:21 p.m. — Pendleton police responded to a two-vehicle crash at Southwest Fifth Street and Frazer Avenue. No one was injured.

2:07 p.m. — Pendleton police received a report of a domestic disturbance on the 800 block of Southwest Eighth Street.

4:05 p.m. — A domestic disturbance occurred on Stephens Avenue, Umatilla.

6:17 p.m. — Hermiston police responded to two reports of a theft on South Highway 395, Hermiston.

11:47 p.m. — Pendleton police responded to Edgewater Condominiums, 27 N.W. 12th St., for a domestic disturbance and cited and released a person at the scene.

Hermiston police arrested Harold Lloyd White, 47, on misdemeanor counts of second-degree disorderly conduct, carrying a concealed weapon and menacing.

Aug. 20

Hermiston police arrested Jose Ivan Lombera, 27, on felony counts of second-degree assault and the unlawful use of a weapon.
