ARRESTS, CITATIONS

Friday

•The Oregon State Police arrested Katrina Marie Chamberlain, 34, on three charges, including one felony count for the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. 

Saturday

•The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Quincy Malik Castillo, 20, on one felony count each of possession of a controlled substance and the manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school.

•The Umatilla Tribal Police Department arrested Alger Phillip Brigham, 34, on one felony tribal charge each of dangerous drugs, criminal activity in drugs and criminal drug promotion. 

•The Umatilla Tribal Police Department arrested Beau Leonard Welch, 36, on one count each of felony assault and misdemeanor domestic abuse. 

Sunday

•The Hermiston Police Department arrested John Eldon Campbell, 55, on one felony count of driving while suspended. 

•The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Richard Dean Holmes, 27, on eight charges, including one count each of felony possession of a controlled substance and felony possession of meth. 

•The Boardman Police Department arrested Esther Fuentes-Lopez, 35, on five charges, including one count of driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol). 

•The Wallowa County Sheriff’s Office arrested Israel Ponce Alvarez, 37, on four charges, including one count of DUII (three or more convictions in 10 prior years).
