•The Pendleton Police Department arrested Osias Lumnti Edmiston, 23, on five charges, including felony first-degree burglary, strangulation and fourth-degree assault.

Sunday

•The Umatilla Tribal Police Department arrested Dalton Gene Hall, 24, on three charges, including one felony count for possession of methamphetamine and being another for being a felon in possession of a weapon.

•The Umatilla Tribal Police Department arrested Robert Edwin Cool, 32, on two charges, including one count for felony possession of meth.

•The Umatilla Tribal Police Department arrested Shane Alan Shippentower, 30, on five charges, including felony attempt to flee police.
