ARRESTS, CITATIONS

•The Wasco County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tyler Joseph Johnson, 24, on one felony charge for first-degree theft of over $1,000.

•The Oregon State Police arrested Travis Ryan Willis, 36, on one charge of failing to report as a sex offender.

Sunday

•The Pendleton Police Department arrested Lonnie Lynn Abbott, 45, on four charges, including one count of felony possession of methamphetamine.
